mbak4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification within 72 hours of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Underage gambling is a criminal offense in Indonesia and will be reported to authorities.
To create an account with mbak4d, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must create a secure password meeting our minimum security requirements.
All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification. You must provide a clear, legible copy of a valid Indonesian government-issued identification document (KTP or passport) and proof of address dated within the last three months. mbak4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify mbak4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. mbak4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
mbak4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet in your own name.
Most deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. mbak4d charges no fees for deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are processed the following morning. VIP members receive priority processing. mbak4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours.
You must wager your deposit at least one time (1x) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Accounts with incomplete KYC verification cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete. mbak4d reserves the right to decline withdrawals if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
mbak4d complies with international AML regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Large or unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
mbak4d reserves the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part. All bets are subject to these Terms and the specific rules for each betting market. Once a bet is confirmed and your account balance is deducted, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious error.
mbak4d sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each market. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type. Limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.
All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. For football matches, full-time results include any injury or stoppage time added by the referee, but do not include extra time or penalty shootouts unless specifically stated. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of an event's conclusion. Obvious errors in settlement will be corrected within 24 hours.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, participant non-participation (in sports where this affects the outcome), technical errors causing incorrect odds, or suspected fraudulent activity. Voided bets are refunded in full to your account balance.
Live in-play betting odds change rapidly based on match events. There may be a short delay between your bet placement and confirmation. If odds change significantly during this period, your bet may be rejected. mbak4d accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect or delayed information.
Each betting market has specific rules and settlement criteria. For Asian Handicap (voor bola in Indonesian), half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps apply standard industry rules. For Over/Under markets, goals scored in injury time count toward the total. For First Goalscorer bets, own goals do not count. Bonuses and promotions are available only to eligible users who meet the specified criteria. mbak4d reserves the right to exclude any user from bonuses at our sole discretion. Only one bonus can be active per account at any time unless otherwise stated.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically 100%, table games typically 10-20%, live casino typically 10%.
Each promotion has specific terms including eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amounts, valid games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, expiration period, and withdrawal restrictions. You must read and agree to promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus. Violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
mbak4d maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to manipulate betting markets, using betting strategies designed solely to release bonus funds without risk, or any other activity deemed abusive. Bonus abuse may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
mbak4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific users from promotions if we suspect abuse or violation of terms.
mbak4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your betting activity.
You may self-exclude from mbak4d for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and losses through your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit decreases are instant; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
You can enable reality-check reminders that notify you at regular intervals (15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing how long you have been playing and your current win/loss status.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of odds, results, and information displayed on the platform. However, mbak4d is not liable for any errors or omissions. In the event of obvious errors affecting bet outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
mbak4d integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mbak4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
The mbak4d Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
mbak4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account or place bets.
When an account is suspended for investigation, mbak4d may hold funds pending completion of the investigation, which may take up to 90 days in complex cases. We will communicate with you via registered email regarding the investigation status.
If violations are confirmed, mbak4d may permanently terminate your account. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the violations involve fraud, money laundering, or serious bonus abuse. Non-violating balances will be returned after deducting any fees or charges.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Your remaining balance (minus any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact mbak4d customer support with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team for final review.
The decision of mbak4d management in all disputes is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you waive your right to pursue legal action except in cases involving alleged criminal conduct or gross negligence.
